After a purchase, the amount collected will be processed and, after deducting Zetrox’s commission, the payout will be made to the respective author within 2-3 business days.
5. Authors and Publishing
Authors retain ownership of their intellectual property. By publishing on Zetrox, authors grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute and sell their books on the Website.
Authors are responsible for the content of their books and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on third-party rights.
Zetrox reserves the right to remove or refuse content that is offensive, illegal, or inconsistent with our policies.
6. Commissions
Zetrox charges a commission on every book sold through the platform. The commission percentage will be communicated to the author at the time of registration or contract.
The remaining amount after deduction of the commission will be transferred to the author within 2-3 business days.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
All book purchases are final and non-refundable unless there is a technical issue or an error on our part.
Any request for refunds or cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at Zetrox’s discretion.
