At Zetrox E-Books Pvt. Ltd, we strive to provide readers and authors with a seamless and transparent digital experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which purchases, refunds, and cancellations are processed on our website.


1. Digital Products (E-Books)

All books sold on Zetrox are digital (non-tangible) products that are delivered electronically. Once a user purchases an e-book and payment is confirmed, access to the digital file is granted immediately.

Therefore:

  • All e-book sales are final.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once the order is successfully placed and the download/access link has been shared.

This policy helps protect the intellectual property of authors and maintain fairness across the platform.


2. Author Payouts

For authors publishing their work on Zetrox:

  • Payouts are processed within 2–3 business days after the completion of a valid sale.

  • Payments are made after deducting Zetrox’s commission as per the author’s agreement.

  • Once a payout is initiated, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.

In case of any technical delay in settlement, our team will communicate the status promptly.


3. Refunds Due to Technical Errors

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • The user is charged but does not receive access to the purchased e-book within 24 hours.

  • Duplicate payments due to technical or network errors.

  • Incorrect transaction amount debited due to a gateway malfunction.

In such cases, users are required to email us at info@zetroxebooks.com within 48 hours of the transaction, providing:

  • Transaction ID

  • Registered email address

  • Payment screenshot or UPI reference number

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Cancellations

Since all our products are delivered digitally, cancellation requests are not accepted once a purchase is confirmed.

5. Payment Gateway Responsibility

Zetrox uses trusted third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree, PhonePe, and Google Pay) for secure transactions.
The responsibility for the payment process rests with the respective payment service provider, and users must comply with their terms and refund timelines.
