Seller is very professional and communicative about order details, shipping information, what to expect, etc. They use DHL / Fedex so it took only 2 days to arrive despite being internationally shipped. In terms of Hololive merch, I would say they have items on the rarer side. I’ve seen this set maybe last year /early this year elsewhere but didn’t purchase, thinking I had time but it was sold. Lucked up and found another set here and purchased as a gift. Shipped fast, set, paid a bit more but still a decent price especially since I really wanted to purchase a set. Packaging was nice, set was new as described. It also came with Baby Milo stickers and which was as an added bonus.
