The item was as described but be prepared to wait for your order. I asked for a speedy shipment due to A/C down and did not receive any help. Ordered on March 28 and shipped on April 3. Item as described and price was good just not quick on turn around. May just have one day a week that they ship. If not an emergency order here or ask about shipping date ahead of time.
Item arrived just as advertised with all the parts intact. The unit was well packed and cushioned. Shipping was quick with no delays. This used-condition article supplied the right parts I needed for a repair. The sellers photos were instrumental in identifying that this was indeed the right model.
There was a broken part when item was received. I notified seller of this and how much the replacement part to make unit functional would cost. Seller issued an immediate refund for the cost of repair part. Excellent customer service and communication. Thank You NJT.SALES.
