  1. Item is brand new as described. The pruner pole came fully extended without any packaging material. Fortunately no visible damage. The original FedEx tracking number provided did not work, but the seller was very responsive and quickly got the item I purchased delivered in two days. However, without a new tracking number, I was surprised to find it outside my front door one late afternoon. Glad I was home & walked out my front door shortly after it was delivered.

Only issue was the tracking.Product arrived without notice and about ten days later I received a "package was delived" notice for the same item but to a different shipping address (on the west coast, I live on the east coast!) tracking provided was from FED EX but product was deliverd UPS. Great price, Great product, tracking was a mystery?
