  1. When I received this food mill I discovered that the spring on the bottom was broken. As the seller did not accept returns I worked with eBay and they gave me an immediate refund. However I heard from the seller who admitted that she did not know how these units worked and was unaware of the problem. She allowed me to keep the unit and dispose of it as I wished and sincerely apologized for the error. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to work with me.

The package arrived everything was intact as pictured! The pricing was a bit high for the plane due to age and the amount of rust. But I’m very happy with my purchase. The carrier service broke the item despite the seller’s wonderful packaging and the fact “fragile” was written in multiple places on the box. The broken item was no fault of the seller.
