  2. After back and forward communications with seller the issue of the defective radio has been resolved. I was on a short time after receiving and troubleshooting defective radio and did not give the seller enough time to get the resolution desired by me. The radio is defective but his willingness to resolve the issue was unwavering. I m revising this feedback because I was the one at fault for not allowing enough time for proper resolution. I definitely recommend seller. I apologize for my mistake
