Vintage 3 inch Miniature Victorian Doll with stand. I’m not sure whether this doll is bisque or porcelain. I believe she is from Germany. I also think that she as well as her clothes are handmade. She is very well dressed with lace pantaloons. She is from my own collection. I never asked any questions when I bought her. I just bought her because I thought she was beautiful.
