I recently purchased a Seiko 5 Superior from this seller. The watch was not fully as described when it arrived, as it had some issues that were not clearly mentioned in the listing. However, I want to highlight that the seller was responsive and professional when I reached out. We communicated back and forth, and they were willing to work toward a solution. In the end, we agreed on a partial refund that felt fair given the condition of the watch. Will definitely consider business again.
Watch arrived quickly and was packaged well. The description was true to what was received and even though something must have happened in transit the seller was responsive and quick to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The watch is a good value and I rarely the transaction 10/10. Will do business again.
Shipping time was sufficient. Packaging was a bit cheap but it was secure. The watch was in great condition as described . The value was on par. Would buy from this seller again without hesitation. But would pay another buck or 2 more for a box for shipping.
