Fast shipping, neatly packaged, item is exactly what was described in photos and the listing. I appreciate the extra step of sanitizing it with Odoban prior to shipping, though it did arrive just a tiny bit damp from that. But it dried quickly and there have been no issues. My daughter is having the time of her life playing with it and that's all I can ask for. :)
