This musical mug is just as described and pictured. It was packed very well and shipped quickly after purchase. It arrived in good condition and is a good value. The Reuge musical movement played somewhat slowly until I applied a smidgen of oil to the governor. Now it plays really well. Great transaction and very satisfied.
