EXCELLENT service!! Thank goodness it's EXACTLY as described and in PERFECT condition!! Of course I am a dummy and broke my spouses heirloom her deceased mother gave her, and thankfully I found it (this heart box). It's EXACTLY the same one so I'm thrilled to have found it! Seller left an ornament hook right next to the bird and wrapped them in tissue together. I would recommend leaving the hook outside of the tissue or the box as it could easily damage or scratch the ornament. However, seller was quick to ship and had the rest of it well packaged.
