The item itself arrived and was what I ordered but it was shipped late from it's shipping date (While they seller did respond when I questioned this I kind of wish they had reached out to advise they were running behind schedule). More critically, the item was stuffed in a too-small mailer so it burst during shipment. The entire bottom was broken out and the bunny was tightly stuffed into a ziplock bag. Thankfully it still arrived, but a bigger mailer would have prevented that from happening.
There were slight delays but the seller communicated well with me and never left me in the dark.. packaged very well and arrived in fantastic condition would purchase from seller again.
Items were as described and well packaged.Great communication from seller. Highly recommended!
