1960's Costume Jewelry Octopus Arm Rhinestone Brooch Pin Missing Stone Repair. It measures 2 1/4" in diameter round. I don't see it signed anywhere. There is one small rhinestone missing. You don't actually notice that it's missing until you look close up. Three or four of the arms that flare out are a little loose. They don't come out or anything. I'm not sure if there is a way to tighten them. Overall, They can be adjusted when the brooch is put on. It's in nice pre owned condition. It's been packed away in storage for over forty years.
