There was tremendous confusion about product delivery. Originally there was no tracking data and delivery was declared delayed. I reported the order lost when not received. Unexpectedly delivery occurred from Amazon Prime instead but I did not order from them. Tracking data still showed it was enroute. (Nothing made sense)
