This was a mixed experience. The photo album arrived in a plastic bag and hence had dings on all corners but greatest damage on the lower back. I contacted the seller and ask for a refund or in the least a discount. After several proddings and nudges I was begrudgingly refund 15% of the purchase price. My greatest wish was to relay to the seller was that the album was only marginally packaged hoping that future shipment be better handled.
