The orignal cuff snaps on the coat did not function, which I was okay with, but they actually consulted a local leather repair specialist to repair the jacket and replace the snap fasteners at no additional cost in one day with seamless quality. The product was thoughtfully packaged with a bespoke letter from the owner, and a goody bag. They even somehow got the coat to me in two days from Japan.
