I made a mistake in my order thinking it was the other taillight, and these people handled it very professionally. Sent return label and once at the post office, the mailman scanned the QR code that was given to me and my purchase was refunded. Also the packaging of this light was second to none. I have ordered many car parts online but these guys packed this like no other seller I have dealt with. I will save their store and will buy from them again.
