I apologize for the late feedback. I would like to start with, it was a pleasure dealing with this ebayer. They were very responsive to questions. The product was as described, but I miss read the description and ordered wrong size. They promptly offered a rebate or an exchange at no cost. I choose the exchange, which was done very quickly. Can’t say enough about their assistance. The handlebars themselves, are great. Appear to be well made, in excellent condition, price and appearance.
The first item sent was defective, one contact with an explanation and desire to return it for exchange was met with an immediate shipping of a replacement. The new replacement came and was 100% good to go. Great customer service. I tried to send the first one back but they said no. I think I'll cut it apart and see what went wrong internally since they're a sealed epoxy potted unit.
