A smooth transaction for Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold: The Fafnir Knight. The game was very securely packaged (bubble wrap ensured protection) and arrived in excellent, new condition, exactly as described (brand new and factory sealed). It took about a week to get to me but thats fine, I wasn't in a rush to get it and it was a holiday weekend anyways. The game loaded and works perfectly on my Nintendo 3DS. Item got lost in the mail, but the seller was phenomenal in helping me as we tried to see if the USPS could find it. We both submitted claims and tried to get a response for weeks but had no luck. Without hesitation, I got a refund when I asked. The seller was extremely helpful and chill about it the whole time, and I couldn’t recommend a seller more from the customer service alone.
