  1. item as described, well packed, fast shipping, thank you. when disc arrived, i played it. just wouldn't play. not a scratch on disc. washed with alcohol, rinse with water, still no scratch. contacted seller, washed the disc again. still no luck. seller refunded money. THANK YOU, i am sorry i was a problem
