Console arrived in perfect condition, well packaged in bubble wrap and thick cardboard box. Console was as described, perfect and unopened. The product arrived in a timely manner from ordering . It was not packaged well enough to prevent breakage of one of the mugs. This mug had a handle broken off in 2 pieces. The coffee mugs were as described, with the exception of the one mug. It still was of a decent value and the shop owner was nice!!!!!!
As it turns out, I purchased the wrong thing but that's on me, not this fantastic seller who was wonderful about communicating with me and offering me advice, recommendations, and just overall extremely helpful. The part arrived well packaged and as described, I just don't happen to need it.
