Items shipped quickly, arrived well packaged and delivered safely. Although no fault of their own as they did everything right, seller offered a discount because delivery was significantly delayed. Great customer service and care was given throughout this transaction. I was appreciative of the discount, but did not request it. Now, that’s amazing customer service! Items were received exactly how they were described. Very happy with purchase, and will visit seller again if the need arises.
I’ve purchased from the seller many times without issue, unfortunately with this last purchase I was sent the wrong item. It was a mistake where another buyer received my package and I received theirs. So her immediately tried to make the situation right but unfortunately when I received my package it was still the wrong fragrance. I think there was some confusion and mixup, seller refunded me. I would hope to continue to do business with seller.
Item arrived on time & was packaged nicely in a cute little box. Was initially worried my package was stolen because it was listed as delivered & "individual picked up at postal facility." Turns out the USPS guy picking up the mail just scans all items before delivering it to my address, so I just had to wait until next morning. Thankful it arrived just before the New Year.
