The brand new mattress we received was still in the box and wrapped in plastic, exactly as advertised. We paid only a fraction of the cost to buyers in mattress stores—about 45%! The sellers reached out with shipping information as soon as the payment processed, which was the day before New Year’s Eve. As stated, the mattress arrived wrapped in plastic within a cardboard box with a zipper tarp around it—quite secure. It was shipped by R&L Carriers, and the delivery was also as promised.
Excellent communication from seller. Mattress was packed in cardboard wrapped in plastic and overwrapped with custom tarp-based packaging. Quality of mattress was new and high quality--appearance in sync with description from listing--basically a new mattress. Great value compared to direct purchase from mattress manufacturer. No visible defects and appearance was fantastic. Solid vendor on eBay... I would purchase from them again based on this experience. Great communication as well.
Seller was quick to respond to my offers. After the purchase, they were quick to communicate information regarding my purchase, including shipping information. The shipper reached out quickly to inform us of the delivery date, which was almost a week earlier than the original date. The mattress was thoroughly wrapped in plastic, then it was secured in a thick plastic zipper bag with handles, then it was boxed. Great price and free shipping. Would highly recommend this seller.
