  1. The phone was new as advertised, and I have been using it for three days now, and it works great. The shipping was a mixed bag. The phone arrived kind of fast, but DHL is a problematic company. Although the signature required filed was not checked for the delivery, they din't deliver when I was not at home (I was at work), and then it was an ordeal to get them to take it to a delivery point. Not a pleasant experince. I wasted like 3 or 4 days and I had to talk to people on the phone.
