As I mentioned in another review, this is one of many items that I purchased from Akihito recently. I live in the United States and the shipping from Japan was fast, not a single one of those items I received was damaged at all. A++++ top quality packaging! Top quality item, Brand new condition in box, great value, unbelievable appearance when un wapping. Took about 10 days total from purchase to my home in the USA, Fed Ex delivered as promised no extra fees just like listing said. Seller put the retail box inside a custom made box may some extra packing around the saw not sure. Like I said A++++ service all around. Great seller! Would buy from again for sure!
Great quality, the guitar was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition!
