Description
This is a vintage c.1970 Memocall men's wristwatch in excellent condition. Contains a working Swiss alarm movement, with two crowns. The 2 o’clock crown works ordinarily, winding clockwise to charge the movement and pulling it out to set the time. The 4 o’clock crown set the red hand, which is the alarm, to any point on the dial, and once pushed in this crown winds the separate barrel spring connected to the bell. When the hour hand meets the alarm hand the bell rings and you hear the entire alarm spring unwind for a few seconds, which feels and sounds very satisfying! Movement winds and starts really very well and is keeping time. Case is very good condition polished nickel/chrome plating. Leather strap is of very nice quality. Excellent crystal & clean dial. Overall excellent condition.
