it was good quality. when i connected it to my quick release and steering wheel there was some play when i jiggled it around. i took it apart and put a washer between the short hub and bolt. that took away the play of the steering wheel and other stuff. the back of the short hub is entirely brass so that’s how you can connect the horn to it. the hub was brand new and the appearance is just like the picture too. make sure to have the clock spring aligned with the notches in the back of the hub.
