The item was as described and packed in its original carved-out Styrofoam panels snuggled into its original box and nestled into a small cardboard box cushioned with paper. As compared to other seller of ornaments, shipping costs were a bit high. However, according to other sellers' listings on e-bay the cost of the ornament was a great value. No reply received to e-mail request.
