The mounting accessories were indicated to be included in the item posting, but were not. I have messaged back and forth with the seller but their lack of correcting the situation was amazing. The cooler itself was what I wanted, just a bummer I had to hunt up the mounting parts. After several messages back and forth, seller agreed to send mounting parts if feedback could be revised.
Excellent customer service! Their inventory of this item didn’t meet their QC and I was messaged within 24hrs of order placement. They offered multiple options and I chose to wait for a new shipment, took less then a weeks time and was recieved in perfect condition and correct item.
