Guy got back to me pretty quick, bought said Twitch drops late after midnight, guy still got back to me pretty quick regardless of the time. Account did indeed have said unlocks, unfortunately EA/DICE is running into some issues in integrating a way to link both Twitch account and Battlefield together. Has been nearly two weeks, EA/DICE still haven't fixed the issue, but that ain't on the seller man.
