Description

The SDCC 2024 TMNT #1 Return To NYC ARITA VARIANT TRADE CVR is a highly collectible comic book featuring an Incentive Variant cover signed by artist Mitsuhiro Arita. Limited to only 1000 copies, this first edition issue is part of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series and marks the return of the turtles to New York City. The cover artwork was done by Arita, and also includes both his English signature and highly sought after Kanji signature (both dated 7.25.2024), with an additional remarque by Arita depicting one of the turtles. COA shown in photos above will also be included in the sale. Mr. Arita appears to have signed the COA as well, which adds another layer of exclusivity to this item. Mitsuhiro Arita is known worldwide for his artwork. As freelance illustrator and designer, Arita created artwork for Pokémon cards, Final Fantasy, and other games and publications. He's known for his work on the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), where he's illustrated over 500 cards. He is without a doubt the most notable and popular illustrator in the Pokémon world, and his signatures and artwork often sell for several thousand dollars. Here is a rare opportunity to own not one, not two, but THREE of Arita’s signatures!
