I Ordered the sunscreen as it is a larger size than normal and would fit my car perfectly, unfortunately the packaging was damaged by the delivery company and repackaged by them with stickers explaining what had happened the screen was damaged and the suction cups where missing, I contacted the seller and had a response within 10 minutes and a refunded 10 minutes later, an amazing fast response especially when the issue was with the delivery company and in no way connected with the seller.
Outstanding effort by this seller to get this aerial to me!! First attempt, message from EVRI - 'we have your parcel'. Then nothing. Contacted seller, another one was dispatched. Same message from EVRi followed by next day 'something went wrong, we're looking into it'. I contacted seller again and they'd ALREADY dispatched a THIRD aerial!! I received it today, packing was damaged but flexible aerial was ok. This is courier handling. THANK YOU seller for all your effort!
Seller was prompt with postage & tracking details. Unfortunately the item disappeared into Royal Mail & has not been seen again. Thankfully Autobits issued me a refund quickly & where very apologetic. Which was nice. I have bought from this retailer before & everything was fine. Good price for a good product. Another order placed, so We’ll see how Royal Mail do this time.
