Received this yesterday had a chip out on the back.It was like that from the manufacturer because the chip wasn’t in the package picture enclosed.Contacted seller she responded immediately already sent me another one.The best seller I have ever purchased from.Also had the best price of anyone.The houses are absolutely beautiful.Also the packaging was fantastic! Definitely a 5 star seller!
These re BEAUTIFUL houses!! Like the ones at CakeBake restaurant! Can’t wait for Christmas - these are showstoppers!! Got one brown and one pink. Received notice these had been shipped but didn’t get them; reached out to the seller and received the items in two days - five star customer service!! Items arrived well packaged and just as described. Most arrived in good condition, but despite sellers great packing, one green bunny arrived with small chip in nose.
