This box has been opened, but all components appear to be present and unopened. I did not go through and count the bands, so there may be a few missing. The box does have some staining on one of the labels (see photos). NOTE: All items are packed in a non-smoking, pet-friendly home. I cannot guarantee what environment they were in in their previous home(s). I keep all items in an area separate from my pets, but a pet hair may slip into a package every now and then. If this is a concern for you, please find another seller.
