The item was delivered with excellent packaging as a very large heavy item and nothing was out of place it was a trike that needed to be put together and it was wrapped with bubble wrap nothing was out of place all of the parts were there and they even threw in a bike lock! I reached out to the seller twice both times they were extremely responsive. It was shipped the same night that I ordered it and it was delivered a day ahead of time! Inexpensive POS. The left side of the bumper was twisted. Their answer was freight damage. The box was perfect with no damage, this was a poorly made part. Once they were told about the defect they offered $30 refund. The seller was easy to work with though.
