This merchant was willing to replace what seemed to be a lost in the mail product and I love the nic note and little bag sent with it, nic personal touches, and the comic strip on the note was cool. I appreciate that they were quick to respond even though I complained, they remained professional and kind.   2. Opened up the package to slight disappointment... Tom Ford Ombre Leather??? This isn't what I ordered... Sure enough, there was a sample SURROUNDING my sample. Pleasant surprise! Everything was securely packaged, item exactly as described, new. Arrived mega quick, especially considering the holidays. With the sample, definitely worth the money. Would order from Vendor again for sure! Maybe next time a Creed sample??? 😂

  3. I ended up purchasing these because of a mix up with a different item I ordered previously. The seller is fantastic! We spoke and before I even had to explain very much, they were offering to send me the order I originally had ordered free of cost due to a small mix up. If there's too many sellers out there with too many of the same options for perfume, choose this one! You will be super glad you did!
