Good quality item in great condition without defects at a great price. My only complaint is in the appearance. It came matte black and we were looking for glossy black. The description wasn't clear as it just said "Black". I could have and should have checked before ordering. When it came and it didn't perfectly match our other sink I reached out to the seller and they were prompt in responding. I really appreciate that.
Perfect transaction. Beautiful credenza! As advertised and the manufacturer (Hooker) did a great job in packing and protecting the piece in the box so it would not get damaged in shipping. For such a large piece that was a freight delivery, it was shipped very quickly by the seller. No issues and I’m a happy buyer. Thanks!
Toilets are fragile and this manufacturer, Toto, doesn’t package them properly for shipping. I ordered two, both arrived in pieces. They sent replacements and one of them was broken. So I received one usable toilet out of four. They did refund for the broken one. I do NOT recommend ordering these online.
