  1. Not a very pleasant transaction , my item was purposely sent to a different address with a different name on the package. I was issued a full refund, but to purchase the same product again was going to cost quite a bit more than my first purchase. They did offer a coupon if I purchased again but at this point, I feel like it was a scam and I don’t want to waste my time or money again.

  2. New pencils but not sure of their .....?! I asked about their origin as the auction information stated "country of origin, United States". My question was if that was correct as so many American companies are manufacturing goods 'south of the border'...hmm. When they arrived the package clearly states 'made in India'. Thanks for your honesty in answering my question.
