  1. This was a very nice print extracted from The Builder of September 1898. It caught my eye because I could not see it listed in J D Bennett “Illustrations in the Architectural Press of Victorian and Edwardian Buildings in Leicestershire” Trans Leicr Arch and Hist Soc vol 59 1984/5 p 73. Exactly as described, quickly dispatched at very reasonable cost and packaged in a strong cardboard envelope it was good value especially as the seller also helped by emailing the associated Builder article too.

Due to it being essentially an old piece of paper which I will be framing, it needed to be very professionally packed. This seller knows exactly how to do that. I was thrilled to get it, albeit that I opened the container very carefully. Postage? Very fair. Value? I shall treasure it! The price as, incidentally, impossible to refuse. Highly recommended!

The item was packaged in a waterproof sleeve to protect it for the short journey to my door. I was able through their postage method to follow it almost to the point of delivery.
