The postcard was published by Wesley Andrews, Inc. in Portland. There is space on the front for a message, and the back specifies that the address should be written on that side. The postage rate at the time was one cent.

  1. Shipping was delayed. I believe this was due to the January 2026 snow storm. Packaging was in a thick protective envelope. Exactly as pictured and described. Mint condition for being a 43 year old postcard. My counter-offer was accepted and a fair price. Ebay was able to step in and assist with my inquiry of the delay in receiving. 5 STARS to Seller.
