He has recently been diagnosed with a rare, full body, connective tissue disorder called Ehlers Danlos syndrome along with several comorbities and we are attempting to save to buy an electric wheelchair that will allow him to have some semblance of autonomy as he currently cannot go anywhere without us as he needs someone who’s able to push him up inclines etc. Being able to afford to purchase this for him would make a huge difference to his quality of life but it costs nearly $3000 and as a single mom of 4, I currently just do not have this with all the medical bills that we are facing.
