After my first order arrived empty with an unsealed mailer, I contacted the seller who couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. She immediately put another order together and expedited the shipping. It only took about 4 business days to arrive, sealed and complete! (As a side note, I had also contacted the Post Office the same day I contacted the seller - I have yet to hear from THEM! And shame on our mailman for even delivering in our mailbox a blatantly empty, unsealed mailer! )
Item as described. Very fast shipping, perfect transaction. Arrived safely packed in a bubble mailer to prevent shipping damage. I have not yet tried the product, and I have never taken this supplement before. My only worry is that I might respond unfavorably to the active ingredient. I will notify seller of any issues. I like the formulation, it is simple and without many allergens. I like that I can open the capsule for a smaller dose. I recommend this seller and would buy from again. A++
Item didn't arrive on time it took a month to arrive , I contacted the seller he replied almost instantly and refunded my purchase . 6 weeks later the product arrived not his or hers fault the shipper USPS is turning to shirt everything gets stuck in Cali 99.99 % of the time no matter if we pay expedited shipping. I purchased many items from this seller and will keep doing so , seller is honest and customer oriented no questions asked
