  1. Item arrived with slight damage to the outer box, the contents appeared intact. Item was only packed in a thin plastic shipping bag, after I paid $10 for shipping! Fast shipping, I am not happy about the damage to the box. I messaged the seller about the damage. They told me to open a return after I already said I did not want to return the item. Seller should consider packing this item in a cardboard box for future orders to prevent shipping damage.

They were extremely communicative, always very helpful, and went really above and beyond to make it right. They also shipped the loops out very promptly after I had ordered them.
