Fantastic eBay seller; delivery service messed up the address. I contacted the seller and let them know; a new item was dispatched that arrived quickly. The customer service at the delivery provider (begins with F and ends in x) was horrendous, so I was pleased to find out the seller was top notch. Everyone on eBay should be this good. Great item; just what I was looking for.
This item was delivered to the wrong address. The seller tried to work with me but the Post Office/FedEx just told me it was delivered. This seller was friendly. I would buy from them again.
I never received the item. The seller messaged me while it was in transit and let me know they were notified it was lost in transit and they refunded me. I didn't even have to contact them.
