We take great care to refresh them to the best of our ability. If shoe keepers (shoe fillers) are pictured, they will not be included. Shoes looked just as they did in the pictures. They arrived in a cardboard box with some padding so they made it through travel. My biggest concern was smelly shoes but these did not have that issue at all lol. I never ordered second hand clothing from the site in general so this was a positive experience. The shoes were also shipped out next day so they were pretty timely with getting it sent out. I was happy to receive them in 3 business days.
Exactly as described. Photos were accurate. Shoes were pre-owned and described by Seller as “Good” condition. I’d say they were in Excellent pre-owned condition. Looked brand new. Very little wear.
