Item was received damaged .My husband was able to glue it back together but due to cost of item and shipping I reached out to the seller and asked for a partial refund He rectified the problem by refunding 30 percent back which was very fair!   3. Absolutely as pictured. Packaging bulletproof. However they have no control over USPS, traveled around in 'processing centers' too many times. Looking forward to using it. So it really wasn't shipping time, it was receiving time
