  1. Could have been packed in a larger box with more padding. One dinner plate arrived with a chip and crack almost all the way across the plate. If it was like that prior to shipping it should not have been included in the listing. There was no mention of cracks or chips in the listing or visible in the photos.

  2. Seller offered a deal, but it did not apply to the item for some reason. When contacted, said they would sent the deal refund, but they didn’t. Also, shipped with cable in device, bending the input and cord unnecessarily.

  3. Got as far as a shipping label, and a week later a refund. Total waste of time. That’s what happens when “drop off” and don’t direct into a USPS employees hands!
