  2. This was exactly as described. An open box but all the parts were included and packaged like they would be from the manufacturer. Shipping was a little painful because UPS required a signature and I wasn't home and then UPS was delayed in resolving the issue but all is well that ends well. Thank you Expeneon!

And when he realized he didn't he immediately sent the correct one and told me to keep the first one. Who does that? The shipping package was also nicely done to be sure that damage did not occur.
