  2. Shipping took 33 days in total vendor, USPS Air Mail, Canada Customs and Canada Post, shipping charge below cost, well-packaged, as illustrated and described, good price. Two days for original cover to get from London to Nuremburg and extra 4d paid suggests a 7d late registration fee (3d plus 4d late fee). The listed fee paid is the insurance 1s 5d (made up of 3d base registration and 7 x 2d per GBP 12 (or part thereof) for compensation fee.
